Do you love lavender? We do, and we’re going to the Love Lavender Festival on May 22 -23 in historic Jonesborough, Tennessee! This is the first of what we hope will become an annual festival tradition. The festival is being organized by Pat Osborne of Scott County Lavender. There will be seminars and cooking classes offered by true experts in the field. Bistro 105 restaurant will offer a lavender inspired meal guaranteed to tickle your taste buds. When you aren’t busy learning or eating, you can browse the many vendor booths that will offer not just lavender products but all sorts of herb infused goodies. You’ll find plants to take home and grow, handmade bath and body products, lavender sachets, and much more. Even I Fancy Food is getting involved and will provide a booth filled with lavender chocolate, lavender teas and drinks, our own lavender sachets, and much more.
Jonesborough is in the upper tip corner of East Tennessee and is no stranger to festivals. The historic charm of the town and the mild weather make it the perfect place to visit, festival or not. If you will be in East Tennessee, Western North Carolina, or Southwestern Virginia areas, then you’ll just be a hop and a skip away from us. We hope you’ll visit!
