This unique vinegar from Nordisk was created by Claus Meyer, famed Danish chef. Nordisk food are imported from Scandinavia and introduce a new and refreshing cuisine!

Claus Meyer's cherry vinegar - based on produce from his own orchard and from the neighboring island Falster - is made with a combination of cider vinegar and reduced juice from cold climate cherries.  The vinegar achieves a distinct aromatic and fruity taste and the delicate sweet and sour balance we also know from Modena's "Aceto Balsamico".  Meyer's vinegars are excellent in vinaigrettes, sauce, with red meat and deeply flavored vegetables such as beet roots and red cabbage.
