We've blended these two gifts to create the perfect vinaigrette. Blend the vinaigrette with mayonnaise for a Waldorf salad dressing. For a delicious salad, place two slices of prosciutto on a salad plate and toss with baby greens that have been tossed in the vinaigrette. Garnish the salad with thinly sliced Asian pear, feta cheese and toasted pine nuts.
